In this wide-ranging discussion, I cover everything from the genesis of Tive, which I began as a way to helping my father in-law track his trucks at G&G Trans LLC, to some of the key drivers for Tive’s quest to improve supply chain visibility.

• Extend end-to-end supply chain visibility beyond the inventory tracking inside factories, DCs warehouses, stores, and onto inventory tracking while products are in-transit.

By taking advantage of technology, such as cellular-connected trackers that sense the location and condition of products and a cloud-based platform, Tive is able to facilitate a significant improvement to supply chain operations.
