Welcome to 2019! It's a new year, and with a new page in the calendar come new promises, hopes, and goals for the twelve months ahead. Why not put achieving in-transit visibility into your supply chain at the top of your list of New Year's resolutions?

Now more than ever, it is vital for manufacturers and shippers to invest in a real-time solution to gain visibility into the location and condition of their in-transit goods. As we look to the new year, it's clear that the world is only getting more globalized and fast-paced, with supply chains growing more complex and customers more demanding than ever before. To meet rising expectations and stay competitive in the modern marketplace, manufacturers are incorporating new technologies that give them the visibility they need to identify and eliminate problems before they occur.

The good news is, now is the perfect time to start adding IoT-powered visibility tools into your supply chain. Today, supply chain trackers can monitor location and condition for over a year on a single charge, and transmit all that data to the cloud from anywhere in the world. This enables manufacturers to stay connected to their in-transit goods even as they traverse months-long international shipping lanes.

In addition, new tools and technologies make it possible to add a layer of data-driven analysis and optimization to the supply chain, using data sets from in-transit shipments to determine trends and take proactive actions to increase efficiency and improve supply chain performance from end to end. That's why manufacturers and shippers all around the world are turning to real-time tracking solutions like Tive, gaining the visibility they need to optimize their supply chain operations.

Are you interested in learning more about how these tools can bring a new level of real-time in-transit visibility to your supply chain? We'll help you make good on that New Year's resolution, and get you started tracking your in-transit goods and integrating data-driven analysis.
