Introduction

Welcome to our "What's New in the Tive Platform," a new quarterly blog series where we'll walk you through the latest and greatest enhancements to Tive, and showcase key capabilities added during the last few months.

At Tive, we strive to keep customers informed of new capabilities that can have the most impact on their businesses. We relentlessly innovate to transform supply chain visibility technology on a global scale—to deliver a best-in-class user experience.

Our team works hard daily to expand our solutions so that our customers can be more resilient, more efficient, and deliver real-time, actionable insights that save their shipments—across road, ocean, air, and rail.

So let’s see what’s new!

Trackers

Quickly filter your Trackers List by device type

Now it’s easier than ever to find specific trackers in your inventory on the Trackers List page. If you use multiple types of Tive trackers, you can now filter your inventory by model or device family to locate trackers more quickly.

Easily find active trackers in your inventory

The new default view for the Trackers List now sorts trackers in your inventory by Last Connected date—so your most recently-connected trackers display at the top of the list.

Shipments

Complete multiple shipments at once to save time

You can now complete up to 50 shipments at once using the In-Transit Shipments tab. The platform also includes a new filter, Show Delivered Only, which enables you to filter shipments that have arrived at the destination—but have not been marked as complete. For users with heavy volume shipments, this new feature will help you save time completing shipments in the Tive platform.

User Experience

Manage shipment alerts in Spanish (Spain) or English!

Now you can manage shipment alerts in Spanish—and you can also select a language for carrier contacts so they can be notified of alerts in either language. To set a language for a carrier, simply edit your carrier contact and select the preferred language. This new feature enables you to remove communication barriers—and collaborate more effectively to mitigate excursions during transit.

Alerts

Resolve and comment on shipment alerts

With this release, you can now resolve and comment on shipment alerts—enabling you to collaborate more effectively with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues during transit. With this new feature, you can easily change the status of an alert from In Progress to Resolved, as shown below.

Assign users to shipment alerts

You can now assign specific users to receive shipment alerts—so they can be notified to take action when it counts: in the moment.

Technical Integrations

Save time by creating API credentials for multiple accounts at once

API users can create API credentials for multiple accounts at once—which saves time during integrations.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
