Before using Tive, Diagnexia relied on courier tracking pages and consumer-grade trackers, tools that offered limited visibility and bare bones accountability. “We weren’t tracking shipments at all in the beginning,” Sypiachova said. “If something went wrong with a shipment, we had no real way to understand what happened.” With Tive, Diagnexia now has full, end-to-end visibility into all its shipments. “The biggest benefit for us is full traceability,” she noted. “We can see when, where, and how parcels move, and if something goes the wrong way, we can always find it.
“These boxes contain sensitive patient information. With the light sensor, we can actually see if a box has been opened when it shouldn’t have been.”
