February 2023 Product Roundup

Here’s a roundup of the new features and bug fixes for this month, plus a sneak peek of two powerful new features coming in March. Check out the video to see these new features in action.

What’s New

Complete multiple shipments at once to save time

You can now complete up to 50 shipments at once using the In-Transit Shipments tab. The platform also includes a new filter, Show Delivered Only, which enables you to filter shipments that have arrived at the destination—but have not been marked as complete. For users with heavy volume shipments, this new feature will help you save time completing shipments in the Tive platform.

Manage shipment alerts in Spanish (Spain) or English!

Now you can manage shipment alerts in Spanish—and you can also select a language for carrier contacts so they can be notified of alerts in either language. To set a language for a carrier, simply edit your carrier contact and select the preferred language. This new feature enables you to remove communication barriers—and collaborate more effectively to mitigate excursions during transit.

Bug Fixes

Here’s a rundown of bug fixes for this month.

  • Rather than referencing a Saved Location by its address, you can now create a name for a Saved Location in the Tive platform.
  • You can now see in what phase of a shipment an alert is triggered i.e., active at origin, at the destination, and/or in-transit.
  • Addressed an issue that prevented Alerts from being shown on a graph inside the Shipment Analysis page.
